Lahore, Dec. 5 -- Minister of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic has voiced his country's willingness to import oil from Iran and export foodstuffs to the Islamic Republic. The 12th meeting of the Joint Commission of Economic Cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Kyrgyz Republic was held in Tehran on December 3. The meeting was cochaired by Iran's Minister of Roads and Urban Development Mohammad Eslami and Kyrgyzstan's Minister of Transport and Roads Zhanat Beishenov. In comments at the meeting, the Iranian minister described the gathering as a testimony to the two countries' determination to promote cooperation.
