Sri Lanka, Sept. 17 -- The United National Party (UNP) working committee has decided to reinstate the membership of those who had joined the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) back in 2020.

The decision was made at the working committee which met with party leader Ranil Wickremesinghe in the chair.

A committee headed by Tilak Marapana has been appointed to study the legal implementation of the decision of the working committee, Party Chairman Wajira Abeywardena said.
