Sri Lanka, Oct. 31 -- Wildlife officers from the Kukulkatuwa beat office in Wilpattu National Park have arrested two suspects involved in an illegal racket supplying wild game meat to hotels and households in the Nochchiyagama area.
Following an investigation, officers observed the suspects leaving for hunting with firearms and tracked them until a suitable opportunity arose to make the arrest. The suspects, aged 45 and 28, are residents of the Atellawa area under the Nochchiyagama Divisional Secretariat.
