Sri Lanka, Nov. 25 -- Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Governments of Sri Lanka and Israel, 3,575 Sri Lankans have secured employment in Israel's construction sector during 2025.
Recently, 77 job seekers were officially dispatched to Israel, with a ceremony for the presentation of their air tickets held at the Sri Lankan Bureau Auditorium under the patronage of Bureau Chairman Kosala Wickramasinghe on November 18.
In addition, 152 workers are preparing to depart for construction jobs in Israel later in November, while another 464 are scheduled to leave during the first week of December.
