Sri Lanka, Oct. 16 -- The 102nd Annual Convention of the Sri Lanka Railway Station Masters Association (SLRSMU) was held today at the Serendib Hotel in Maligawatta.

At this year's convention, Mr. Sumedha Somaratne was elected President of the Association, while Mr. Kasun Chamara Jayasekara was chosen as General Secretary, Mr. Satish Kumar as Treasurer, and Mr. Aruna Prasad as Magazine Editor.

It was notable that the election saw a strong contest, with many candidates vying for positions.
