Sri Lanka, May 27 -- The introduction of Elon Musk's Starlink satellite internet services are being delayed due to some technical issues on the agreements reached during the tenure of the previous government, Cabinet Spokesman and Minister Nalinda Jayatissa said today.

The Minister said while responding to a question about the delay of the project that it was earlier expected that the matters could be settled by April.
