By leveraging advanced AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies, Yaana efficiently handles a wide range of passenger inquiries. Developed in collaboration with CodeGen International (Pvt) Ltd., Yaana is now live on SriLankan Airlines' corporate website.
