Sri Lanka, Nov. 19 -- Three SriLankan Airlines flights returning from Mumbai, Riyadh, and Guangzhou were safely diverted to Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (MRIA) this morning due to low visibility caused by heavy mist over the Katunayake area.
Airport officials confirmed that all passengers and crew arrived safely, and normal operations at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) are expected to resume once visibility improves.
