Sri Lanka, Feb. 9 -- Toronto police have arrested Mohamed Askar Mohamed-Razik (45), a Sri Lankan influencer, following multiple incidents of criminal harassment involving women and public figures in the city.

The accused is known for recording himself approaching people in public in ways that made them uncomfortable multiple times across Canada.

The police allege that on June 8, 2025, a woman attending an event in the Dundas Street West and Dufferin Street area was filmed by Mohamed-Razik. When she asked him to stop, he became confrontational and continued to harass her. Security personnel asked him to leave, but he refused until police arrived.
