Sri Lanka, Nov. 25 -- The Cabine has approved a proposal to sign an updated bilateral agreement on the mutual recognition of driving licenses between the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Italian People's Government.

The original agreement, signed in 2011, expired in 2021. The updated agreement includes technological amendments and enhanced enforcement measures to streamline the process for license recognition between the two countries.
