Sri Lanka, Feb. 6 -- The Colombo Traffic Division has announced a special traffic management plan to be implemented in Colombo during the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup Cricket Tournament, which will be held from 07 February to 08 March 2026.

Matches in Sri Lanka will be played at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Maligawatte and the Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) Stadium in Kurunduwatte, with Colombo serving as the main host city. Authorities expect a large influx of local and foreign spectators during the tournament.

For matches at the R. Premadasa Stadium, traffic restrictions will be imposed as required on several roads leading to the venue. These include access routes towards Babapulle from the junction of Vinson Perera Mawatha via Britto Babapulle...
