Sri Lanka, Jan. 21 -- Speaker Jagath Wickramaratne and MP Chaminda Wijesiri engaged in a heated argument in Parliament today over a point of order raised by the latter.
The Speaker became aggressive when MP Wijesiri protested that he was not being allowed to raise a point of order.
"You don't know what you are talking about," the Speaker was heard saying.
"It is you who don't know what you are doing. You can't use the mike and sling mud," MP Wijesiri said at this point.
Leader of the House Bimal Ratnayake, who joined in the crosstalk, said Opposition MPs are like Grade Five students.
