Sri Lanka, Dec. 8 -- The seventh humanitarian aid aircraft sent by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to assist those affected by floods triggered by Cyclone Ditwah arrived in Sri Lanka.
In a statement, the UAE Embassy in Colombo said the UAE continues to extend its support to the people of Sri Lanka through both its air bridge and on-ground relief operations, reaffirming its commitment to helping the country recover from the disaster.
The latest consignment includes food supplies and shelter materials, bringing the total volume of relief delivered so far to 89 tonnes.
