Sri Lanka, Sept. 8 -- The Badulla District Road Development Authority (RDA) has identified at least ten dangerous locations along the Ella-Wellawaya road, between Ella and Rawana Ella.

Officials said special investigations are underway to assess the risks, and repairs have already commenced in areas where the hazards can be addressed by filling soil.

Meanwhile, police reported that despite the erection of warning signs along the Ella-Rawana Ella section, many motorists fail to pay attention to them, increasing the danger for road users.
