Sri Lanka, Dec. 1 -- Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe called all opposition parties for a discussion on the current disaster situation, his office said in a statement.

Wickremesinghe is expected to brief the party representatives on the steps that have been taken by previous governments to prevent natural disasters such as floods.
