Sri Lanka, April 4 -- Prime Lands Residencies PLC announced the appointment of Senior Professor Sampath Amaratunge as an Independent, Non-Executive Director to the board.

The appointment, resolved by the board on March 27, 2025, is effective immediately.

Prof. Amaratunge brings extensive expertise in economics, governance and corporate strategy to Prime Lands Residencies, further strengthening the company's leadership as it continues to develop landmark projects that redefine luxury living in Sri Lanka.
