Sri Lanka, Sept. 17 -- Commenting on social media posts on Minister Wasantha Samarasinghe's assets, Cabinet Spokesman Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said yesterday that possessing wealth is not an obstacle to come to politics, however, possessing undeclared assets is the issue.

The Minister told the weekly briefing to announce Cabinet decisions that the National People's Power (NPP) has not acted or spoken against someone possessing assets and that the issue is if someone is possessing assets that has been acquired by undue means.
