Srilanka, Feb. 24 -- The police are seeking public assistance to locate a 16-year-old girl from Alwatta who has been missing since December 6 last year.
The Kandenuwara police have launched an investigation following a complaint that the girl, Idamgedara Tharushi Champika, a resident of the Kandenuwara Alwatta area, had gone missing.
Police have released a picture of the girl, requesting public assistance, as investigations have not yet provided any leads.
The public is urged to contact the Kandenuwara Police OIC on 071-8592943 or 066-3060954 if they have any information.
