Colombo, April 24 -- Public Health Inspectors (PHIs) are working hard to keep Kandy city clean as large crowds arrive to see the Tooth Relic of The Buddha.
"There are about 3,000 Dansalas (free food stalls), but not everyone uses the bins we've placed. Municipal workers have to work extra hard to clean up the waste left behind," said the area PHI.
"With thousands of people visiting the city, PHIs and municipal staff are doing their best to keep the streets clean and safe," he added.
