Sri Lanka, Feb. 5 -- Opposition MPs stormed into the well of Parliament as Speaker Jagath Wickramaratne refused MP Dayasiri Jayasekera to raise a privilege issue.

The Speaker said the privilege issue was refused as per 29(2) of the Standing Orders.

A tense situation prevailed in the House following this.
