Sri Lanka, Jan. 7 -- The Opposition today commenced the signing of a No-Confidence Motion against Minister of Education Harini Amarasuriya.

The motion is being initiated over what the Opposition describes as numerous errors in subject content and the inclusion of inappropriate material in the government's ongoing education reforms, along with the failure to address these concerns in a responsible manner.

The signing ceremony was held at the Opposition Leader's Office in Parliament under the leadership of Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa.
