Sri Lanka, Aug. 30 -- Nations Trust Bank recently hosted an engaging staff event titled 'Lego Day', designed to promote creativity, teamwork, and enjoyment among its team.

The initiative upholds the Bank's fundamental values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and excellence while demonstrating its continued commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive work environment.

The bank's staff members that participated in the initiative were divided into teams, andgiven the task of building a Lego structure that represented one of the bank's four core values. They were allowed complete creative freedom to interpret and convey the values however they wanted.
