Srilanka, May 15 -- Leadership issues will not arise in the collective approach which is to be adopted by opposition parties to govern local bodies where the NPP has become a minority, Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Mujibur Rahman said today.

"We will not care whether who will lead us as the prime focus is to form administrations in which the opposition has a majority," MP Rahman told a media briefing.

"The President has threatened through his remarks that his party will not allow the opposition to form the administion of any local bodies," he also said.
