Sri Lanka, Aug. 6 -- Sri Lanka's national tea sale average for July 2025 was recorded at Rs.1,127.60 (US$ 3.74) per kilogramme, up Rs.24.33 (US$0.06), from June average of Rs.1,103.27 (US$ 3.68), according to the data compiled by Forbes & Walker Research.

Compared to July 2024, the July 2025 average showed a decline of Rs.96.28 (US$ 0.29), from Rs.1,223.88 (US$ 4.03). The total national sale average for the year to date was Rs.1,153.07 (US$ 3.87), down Rs. 105.50 (US$ 0.24) against the corresponding period in 2024, which averaged Rs.1,258.57 (US$ 4.11).
