Sri Lanka, Nov. 19 -- National Organizer of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Namal Rajapaksa today rejected claims circulating about his academic qualifications, asserting that all "slanders and insults" will be addressed at the SLPP rally in Nugegoda on the 21st.
Rajapaksa dismissed the reports questioning his qualifications as "completely false."
Speaking to journalists, he said the allegations were baseless, noting that an official investigation into his degree had been launched shortly after the current government came to power.
