Sri Lanka, Sept. 14 -- Samagi Jana Balaya MP Nalin Bandara has criticized the current government's pace of work, saying it is too slow to develop the country effectively.

"No work is being done in institutions, no projects are being implemented, and officials are wasting time. The gap between the promises made and those fulfilled is like the sky to the earth. The government is focusing on issues it cannot even handle. We do not see anything working for the betterment of the country," he said.
