Colombo, Oct. 21 -- The Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) said that technical issues which caused a recent disruption to the Lanka Government Cloud (LGC) services have been fully resolved, with all affected online government platforms now operational.
ICTA assured that the security and integrity of data were not compromised at any point during the incident. "Throughout the restoration process, the highest data protection and security standards were upheld, and no data loss has been reported," the agency stated, noting that assurance procedures were prioritised over the speed of recovery.
