Srilanka, May 18 -- The National Building Research Organisation (NBRO) today issued early landslide warnings for six districts.

Accordingly, the warning notices were issued to the Colombo, Galle, Kalutara, Kandy, Kegalle and Ratnapura districts.

Residents in these areas are advised to be watchful for possibility of landslides, slope failures, rock falls, cutting failures and ground subsidence.
