Sri Lanka, Nov. 19 -- Train services on the Upcountry line have been limited to operate only between Colombo Fort and Nanu Oya after a landslide caused the night mail train from Badulla to derail at both Ohiya and Idalgashinna Railway Stations last evening.

The train, which left Badulla at 6.00 p.m. bound for Colombo Fort, was derailed when soil and debris from a landslide obstructed the track. No casualties were reported.

Railway officials said the disruption follows a similar incident yesterday morning, when a train travelling from Kandy to Badulla also derailed at the Ohiya Railway Station.
