Srilanka, Feb. 6 -- Indices closed in red as a result of price losses in counters such as Hatton National Bank, Commercial Bank and Melstacorp with the turnover crossing Rs. 6.3 Bn. High net worth and institutional investor participation was noted in Ceylinco Holdings, Teejay Lanka and Ceylon Cold Stores. Mixed interest was observed in Industrial Asphalts, SMB Leasing and Agarapatana Plantations whilst retail interest was noted in Browns Investments, John Keells Holdings and Hatton National Bank. Foreign participation in the market activity remained at subdued levels with foreigners closing as net sellers.
