Sri Lanka, Dec. 24 -- India and China should cooperate to strengthen the voice of the voiceless in the Global South, Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa said today.

"It is appealing to all of us to see the Global South progressing, making advancements. It is our sincere belief that cooperation and good relations between China and India, two of the most populous nation-states in the international community, would further strengthen the voice of the voiceless in the global south," Premadasa said, speaking during the launch of China's 15th New Blue Print New Horizon in Colombo today.
