Sri Lanka, Jan. 16 -- The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has announced that a fact-finding mission will visit Sri Lanka from January 22 to 28 to assess the impact of the recent Cyclone Ditwah.
IMF Communications Director Julie Kozack said the visiting team will evaluate the damage caused by the cyclone and engage with relevant authorities during their stay.
She further stated that the mission will also hold policy-level discussions in connection with Sri Lanka's Extended Fund Facility (EFF) programme.
