Srilanka, Nov. 13 -- The Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) has issued a public warning against unauthorized use of its logo by training institutes.
According to the agency, no organization has been authorized to use the ICTA logo, and any such action is considered illegal. ICTA has stated it will take appropriate legal action against institutions found engaging in this practice.
The agency also clarified that it does not conduct or partner with any training institutes to offer ICT courses, nor does it monitor or validate courses conducted by third parties.
ICTA emphasized that the notice does not apply to workshops or awareness programs officially conducted by the agency for its stakeholders.
