New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- The Colombo High Court today ordered that the corruption case against former Minister Chandrani Bandara be taken up again on September 23.
When the matter was called, the counsel representing the Bribery Commission sought the court's permission to amend the indictment, which was subsequently granted.
The judge directed that a copy of the amended indictment be provided to the defence counsel and instructed the defence to file any preliminary objections after reviewing it.
