Sri Lanka, Nov. 20 -- A special traffic plan has been implemented for the opposition rally scheduled at the Ananda Samarakoon Open Air Theatre in Nugegoda tomorrow.
Police said the measures aim to ensure the safety of MPs, dignitaries, political party leaders, representatives, supporters, and the general public attending the event.
Vehicular movement on Nawala Road-from the High Level Junction near the Nugegoda Flyover up to the Nawala Roundabout, opposite the theatre-will be restricted from 2.00 p.m. until the conclusion of the rally.
Motorists have been advised to use alternative routes to avoid inconvenience.
