Addressing the inaugural ceremony for the distribution of a LKR 5,000 nutrition allowance to pregnant mothers, Minister Paulraj emphasized Sri Lanka's dedication to strengthening the Early Childhood Development sector in all its dimensions. She highlighted the crucial role of maternal well-being, noting that a mother's happiness and mental health directly impact the brain development and future personality of her unborn child.
