Colombo, Feb. 28 -- The air quality level was recorded as good in Colombo 07, Kandy, Kegalle, Nuwara Eliya, Kalutara, Polonnaruwa and Anuradhapura yesterday, the Vehicular Emission Test Trust Fund of the Department of Motor Traffic said.
It is forecast that the air quality level will range between 32 and 80 throughout the day, indicating a moderate level in most cities while remaining good in some areas.
The highest air quality levels are expected between 7:30 - 8:30 AM and 1:00 - 2:00 PM.
Comparatively, over the next 24 hours, air quality levels in most cities across the country are expected to remain moderate.
