Sri Lanka, Sept. 9 -- A foreign employment agency named 'Rainbow Agency' has defrauded Rs. 460 million from overseas job seekers, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Employment Arun Hemachandra said today.

He told Parliament that over 400 complaints have been received against the agency and that the complaints are being investigated into by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE), the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and the police.
