Srilanka, Nov. 29 -- The Fisheries Department has decided to deploy fishing boats to assist in rescue operations in affected areas.

Accordingly, the Fisheries Department has taken steps to deploy 30 boats from Colombo, 20 each from Negombo and Aluthgama.
