Srilanka, Feb. 14 -- A perfume manufacturing factory located in the Boralugoda industrial zone in Horana caught fire last evening.

Fire brigade units from Colombo and Kalutara Municipal Councils were rushed in to douse the fire in addition to fire brigade from Horana.

Officers of the said units were busy trying to douse the fire at the time this report was going to the press. Fire fighters were able to control the spreading of the fire to other buildings in the vicinity.
