Srilanka, Feb. 13 -- The Forecasting Division of the National Meteorological Centre announced today that fair weather will prevail over most parts of the island.

Cold temperatures can be expected across the country during the early morning, with a possibility of ground frost in some areas of the Nuwara Eliya District.

Misty conditions are also likely in certain areas of the Western Province, as well as in the Galle and Matara districts during the morning.
