Sri Lanka, June 7 -- In commemoration of World Food Safety Day, the Ministry of Education and the National Institute of Education (NIE) launched Sri Lanka's first digital curriculum on food safety via the E-Thaksalawa platform.
The launch event, held at the Ministry of Education, was presided over by Deputy Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr. Madura Seneviratne. Aimed at children aged 8 to 12, the new curriculum includes 27 interactive modules and 14 video-based lessons, offering a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.
