Sri Lanka, Oct. 31 -- Hatton Plantations PLC this week saw its parent company, Lotus Renewable Energy (Pvt) Ltd, sell 8.43 million shares, representing 3.56 percent of the issued ordinary shares of the company, to Durga Infra (Pvt) Ltd.
The transaction, carried out on 28 October 2025, was executed at a price of Rs. 29.40 per share, according to a corporate disclosure filed with the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
The Board of Directors of Hatton Plantations was notified of the transaction on the same day.
Hatton Plantations, one of Sri Lanka's leading regional plantation companies, manages tea estates across the country and is part of the broader group interests of Lotus Renewable Energy.
