Sri Lanka, Dec. 3 -- Warrants have been issued for former MP Wimal Weerawansa by the Fort Magistrate's Court after he failed to appear in connection with a pending case.
The case concerns the alleged misuse of 40 government vehicles provided to the National Freedom Front by the Presidential Secretariat, reportedly resulting in a loss of Rs. 9 million to the government.
