Srilanka, Jan. 31 -- The Commercial Bank of Ceylon is to help advance the aspirations of home builders and buyerswho visited the recently concluded 'Kedella' Living in Style exhibition at BMICH, where the bank was the Official Banking Partner.

The bank said visitors who registered at the Kedella exhibition had been offered a special rate reduction of 1.5 percent p.a. against the standard rate for home loans. These customers are also eligible for a 50 percent discount on documentation charges, while first time homebuilders or home buyerswill receive a free Decreasing Term Assurance Policy (DTAP) or a Loan Protection Cover from the bank.
