Sri Lanka, Nov. 17 -- Indictments have been served before Colombo High Court Judge Mohamed Mihal against former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, his son Ramith Rambukwella, his daughter Amali Nayanika Rambukwella, and their housemaid Nipunie Krishnajina in connection with two cases filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.
Following the indictments, the Court ordered each accused to be released on a cash bail of Rs. 50,000 with two sureties of Rs. 1 million each and imposed a travel ban. The two cases are scheduled for pre-trial conferences on January 12 and 14.
