Sri Lanka, Dec. 2 -- The Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF) Coast Guard ship Huravee has made its first official visit to Sri Lanka, joining the country's 75th Navy anniversary celebrations and offering readiness to provide humanitarian and disaster relief support amid ongoing floods.

The Huravee was deployed to Colombo to participate in the International Fleet Review (IFR 2025), where delegations from 20 countries took part, including naval vessels from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Russia, and Iran.
