Sri Lanka, Dec. 29 -- Cinnamon Grand Colombo said that it has not filed, initiated, or participated in any police complaint, legal action, or administrative process in connection with the Ne-Yo concert or its organizers.

In a statement, the hotel emphasized that any implication, whether direct or indirect, suggesting that Cinnamon Grand Colombo lodged a complaint or was involved in a formal grievance process is false, misleading, and capable of causing reputational harm to the establishment.

The management further clarified that no such complaint was made by the hotel.
