Srilanka, Feb. 4 -- Ceylon Brokers PLC announced the appointment of Waruna de Silva, who has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2017, as the Managing Director of the company, and Dinesh Fernando, who has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2019, as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective 31 January.
