Sri Lanka, Feb. 5 -- The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) has issued a clarification regarding media reports circulating about an alleged assault involving its employees, CEB Deputy General Manager (Business and Operations Strategy) Engineer Noel Priyantha said.

He said a video clip currently being shared by certain media outlets shows a group of individuals assaulting a person, with claims that those involved are employees of the Board.

However, the CEB strongly denied these allegations, emphasizing that no employee of the institution was involved in the incident.
